By accessing or using SkillHive ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

1. Third-Party Services

SkillHive operates as a talent-finding and referral service that connects clients with third-party service providers ("Providers"). All services rendered to clients through or recommended by SkillHive are provided by independent third-party contractors who are not employed by or agents of SkillHive.

SkillHive does not provide the services directly. We facilitate introductions and referrals only.

2. No Endorsement or Guarantee

While SkillHive may recommend certain Providers based on skill sets, experience, or other factors, such recommendations do not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, warranty, or representation regarding the quality, reliability, safety, or legality of the services provided.

SkillHive makes no guarantees that the third-party Providers will meet your expectations or achieve any specific result.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillHive shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, data loss, loss of profits, or any other loss arising out of or in connection with:

  • The acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of any third-party Provider;

  • Any agreements or transactions between you and a third-party Provider;

  • Your reliance on any information or recommendations made by SkillHive;

  • Your use of or inability to use the Platform.

4. Independent Relationship

You acknowledge that any relationship formed between you and a Provider is separate from your relationship with SkillHive. You assume all risks associated with the use of any third-party services and agree to resolve any disputes directly with the Provider.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SkillHive and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform, your interactions with any Provider, or your violation of these Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland and the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
